A. Increase Fleet Repairs. Consider increasing fleet work at the shop in several ways!

- You may even offer to pick up their vehicles OR take the repair service to their shops. Options can be to schedule the work out over the course of a couple of weeks and if the cash flow is a problem for the customer, then consider signing them up for cbCharge and get paid the next day!   
- Consider adding rotating Saturdays for fleet work to be done at the customer's convenience!
- Put together a schedule for deferred maintenance for the fleet customer "Based on Driving Habits vs. Number of Months" and keep records of each vehicle.  It will vary.

B. 24-Hr Drop Form. Our websites offer a 24-hour drop form on them. It saves time and can be customized to fit your needs.  The added information it provides AND the amount of time discussing the problem either in the shop or on the phone eliminated is the Number One Compliment we receive!  

C. Uber or Lyft vs. Shuttle Service! Many shops are saving time, manpower, insurance, vehicle & maintenance costs by using Uber or Lyft to take their customers home or work when they drop off their vehicles.  They are finding those customers don't expect a ride back to the shop! 

D. Shop Cell Phone. Customers will answer a text vs. a phone call.....it is a fact!  A shop cell phone can be used to text customers information on their vehicle and requests for approval on needed repairs with photos regarding said repairs.  Saves Time.  Increases Productivity.  How many times have you waited hours for an answer and/or approval to get back to work?
